Add reflectivity to your project with ViziGlow's Reflective Paint! Black reflective paint is created by mixing silver reflective powder, water-based polyurethane, and black acrylic paint. The result is a medium-thick paint solution that can be used on a variety of surfaces. Only one coat of paint is needed for fantastic reflectivity, but you can layer on more coats to suit your unique project - be sure to let coats dry before adding layers. Please note: Separation is normal! A wood stirring stick is included with each order.

I ordered the four ounce size to use on my house numbers. I painted five thin coats on my numbers. I think I used less than an ounce of paint for the whole project.I stirred the paint well before each use (and frequently while painting). The sparkles settle quickly, but are easy to stir to an even consistentency. The foam brush provided is perfect for spreading the paint and minimizing streaking.The base numbers were a black plastic for me. I let each coat of paint dry for at least 15 mins before painting the next coat. I tried sweeping the brush in a different direction for each coat, as well.The resulting numbers are nice and black in regular light, and have an excellent reflective coating in headlights/flashlight.Cool and useful product! I'm excited to use it on some fun projects now that my main utilitarian use of the paint is taken care of and I have plenty left over!
